Bloomington is nuts...when I was in High School at SHAPE, we had to smoke 50 feet away but anyone who smelled smoke could call 911 and we could get a ticket...basically, you couldn't even smoke outdoors. Not sure if it's an actual law but it sure is a Citywide Ordinance...crazy politicians and voters. I am glad I moved out of MN, Duluth is by far the strictest City I have ever lived in.
