Mixing batteries

I have six batteries (18650 LG h2). Two of them are fairly new, another two about an year old and last two over an year olds. My intention was to keep them "married", but under the circumstances I totally lost pace with them.

How preferrable it is in a regulated mods? Aren't they discharging them separately anyways unlike mechanical mod would run in parallel.
My current mod is Modefined Sirius. Thanks for your advance.

Are you charging them through the mod or do you have a decent charger?

I wouldn't worry too much.

I let mine go a while back when I switched from 3 battery mods back to 2 battery mods.
I had 12 that I kept in 4 sets of 3 batteries so I had a backup trio for each of the two mods I was using.
They varied from about 14 months old to 3 months old and after I broke them down into pairs I didn't notice any difference or have any problems.

The nitecore is a good charger so you should be OK.

They may act funny if you happen to get one of the oldest ones paired with one of the newest ones but regulated mods have protection so the worst I could see happening is the mod may not last as long between charges.

A lot of people preach the married battery thing but as long as they are the same brand and model number/type of battery you will be fine.
