So I ordered a panzer black hawk clone mod and a tugboat clone I built a coil but the rda isn't heating up!!!!!!!!! I'm using a 18650 battery!!! No batt rattle!!!! Help!!!! It's my first mod please help

First thing to do is look at the coils, are they touching the posts? If they are, then the mod is shorting, lift the coils away from the posts and deck to make sure there is 1mm or so of clearance. 2nd item, is your 510 center pin making connection with the positive center pin on the Tugboat when you screw it down? Post pic if you can, it will help us find the issue quicker.
