Yes we offer free shipping if you choose items under the China warehouse Tab. And the shipping usually takes 6-9 days because we ship via EUB.
And currently we dont plan a US warehouse.

So far no pre orders on my site. But if people like I would like to do pre orders too. I just think there are too many unsure things when doing pre orders. So I prefer to have the products in the warehouse and can be shipped right away when I get orders.
