While speaking to IGN at a press Q&A today, Arrow co-creator Marc Guggenheim confirmed that, in addition to the already announced returns of Robert Queen and Laurel Lance’s Black Canary, John Barrowman and Neal McDonough will be present in their respective roles as Malcolm Merlyn and Damien Darhk.
When asked about the challenges of approaching the 100th episode as a milestone and crossover at the same time, Guggenheim responded, "The challenge was, we’ve only got 42 minutes and it’s the middle part of a three-part story."
