At the TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour today, the female cast members from Mr. Robot – Grace Gummer, Carly Chaikin, Portia Doubleday and Stephanie Corneliussen – took part in a panel to discuss the current second season of the USA series.
Mr. Robot has a very dense, detailed story, and Chaikin noted that series creator Sam Esmail, “has this entire show figured out and this entire story figured out. He wanted to keep me in and out
in order for the big reveal to pay off. Now that people know who I am and our relationship, the door is kind of open for Darlene.”
