You pretty much covered all the flavors I expected to see. Plus, you named a fair amount of mine as well. I'm pretty new to the diy but I already figured out how important cookie, coconut, all creams, and I see marzipan in so many damn recipes! That's one I'm missing. Can you describe what you would use the AP for, I've got some on the way I'm just not 100% sure of the application.

AP is a somewhat controversial additive around here.

Some get sweetness, some get nutty, and some get Fritoooos, like me:D.

TFA Vanilla Swirl is something that can go in anything.
TFA Marshmallow is another one, but I forgot to mention it.

People that use VT regular nic, aka really smooth, really clean nic get great results with it usually. I've used it with Wizard Labs nic and got nothing but Fritos. @Cramptholomew recommended making a 10% dilution with it. Yes, with the dilution, lol.

Huckleberried, I havent quite figured out how to quote other peoples posts, but could you elaborate a little on Wizard Labs nicotine purity for me?

From what I've read and been told by WL via email & their website, their nic solutions are pretty damn standardized. I'm on my third bottle of 10% solution, and after a year of cold storage I lost ~0.05% potency (an average from 5 seperate titrations on my oldest batch of nic, which showed no signs of yellowing or degradation)

If you would like, I'll post the procedural info I recieved from them, but I'm more interested in your personal experience -especially with acetyl pyrazine tasting off in WL nic solutions.

I don't own a store nor do I have gallons and gallons of mixing experience to back me up. What is this VTnic you speak of? Different supplier/process?

I should be alright then because I have the VT nic but I'm not even using nic at all in my juices now. But I just ordered my brother and sister in law some iTaste vv 3.0 as a surprise to get them off the cigs so I will for sure be using it to make their juices.

And if they don't like them it's fine, because I love those damn things!

Personally, I use the VT nic with throat hit, so I guess that's where the difference lies for me. I've used mainly WL nic prior to this. I never noticed any issue with my nic then, used it for over a year, but the VT nic (VapersTek) does seem smoother, even though it's the throat hit kind. Most people that use the regular VapersTek nic, insist on the difference in taste, in comparison to pretty much any brand. Flavors more vibrant, some have been able to reduce their nic level, even flavoring percentages. I've sampled it. It's true, the flavor is amazing with it. It's so incredibly smooth, I didn't even know for sure my device was working until I exhaled. I saw vapor. I didn't feel it at all. Then the flavors came through. WOW. Difference. I personally like throat hit, so I order that kind for now.

People that use VT nic (regular) also are able to use AP in a way that I've never had success with. As a SWEETENER. I thought they were crazy, because I only taste Fritos with it, aside from very small, tiny, percentages. HIC has used it to sweeten Chocolate flavors like nothing I've ever seen. When I try this with WL nic or even VT throat hit nic, I still taste corn chips. A friend sent me her signature mix of RY4 made with VT nic. She used AP in it and I would not have believed that until I saw it myself. It's the most delicious RY4 mix I have vaped. Nutty, sweet, almost like it had a bakery note in it.

People say VT is cleaner. I have to believe there is something different about their process, because I've tasted the difference myself. I don't mean this to sound like a slam to WL or any other vendor. I still have about 500ml of WL nic, and use it for my boyfriend. He likes it fine, I'll still use it if I need to. So, did that help to answer your question?

Hey, @buildGenius, you said potency decrease in cold storage. Do you split your nic into smaller bottles and freeze it, or just maybe put the full size bottle in the fridge?

As do I, my questions led to the nicotine solution tangent..
You asked a good question, so I can't not answer, lol.

@Thejoebear, another of my mainstays:

TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust. It's a staple for me. If I need some fluff and a fullness I can't get anywhere else, I use that one. A lot.
TFA Cranberry - a PERFECT flavor, imo. Adds a nice tart kick when I need it, pairs well with most fruits. Which leads to...
FA Lime Cold Pressed. Ditto what Cranberry said.

Would like to add to the already stated;
TFA Toasted Almond
TFA Toasted Marshmallow
TFA English Toffee
TFA Kentucky Bourbon
FE Lemon
INA, GER, or VZ-SC Amaretto

I get the Fritos even using the good VT NIC, but making a 10% solution, as mentioned, is a good idea.

+ TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust.

When I first started DIY, they didn't have this one, so, I used TFA Graham Cracker Clear, which is a good flavor also.
And I used to add 5-10 drops of CAP NY Cheesecake to fix bad recipes, well, it usually worked:rolleyes:.

Tried the CAP Cranberry and it seems like it's another one of the "red" fruits I don't like vaping.
Finally got the TFA Cranberry but I had to order it direct from TFA, but I haven't tried that one yet.

Definitely gotta involve all these crust and tart flavors in my next order.

What's the opinion on the Lorann Tart and Sour solution? I got a bottle but haven't really messed with it yet.

I used it once, got nothing. I could've used it wrong, too, lol. If I need "tart", I usually go for Lime Cold Pressed or Cranberry. Depends on the mix.

I always keep some TFA Koolada on hand when I want a cooling effect in a mix. Excellent in fruit mixes. Its flavorless and not as strong as menthol. But I also keep some menthol crystals on hand, usually premixed in a heated pg solution. It still amazes me how a little menthol can sometimes make an unvapeable mix somewhat tasty.;)

all the FA flavors that have already been mentioned...gotta always have some coffee espresso and tiramisu on hand too!
I was going through my flavors today and noticed my Tiramisu leaked all over the bottom of the box. I still have some left, but man that was sad. My kitchen smells great, however.
