My experience with grayhaze UK vapeshop
Please beware international customers, never have I ever experienced such a bad customer experience.
The 07/11 2021 I placed an order for 160£ at grayhaze, they shipped the order 08/11 and it revived in my country 17/11 ten days later. However I was told during checkout it would be delivered within 4 days.
However, I refused delivery because I really needed the items, so I ended up picking it up another place. I asked for a refund and they confirmed that a refund would be given when they received the parcel back.
However, they still says they have not received the parcel back. Even the shipping company have confirmed that parcel have been returned… I have contacted them numerous times. And the answer stays the same.
Even the tracking says it’s been returned and received. But they still refuse.
So now it’s been 6 months and still no refund or any of the items I ordered…
