My Fuhattan and Praxis Mod clone comparison with my El Cabron, surprised at the difference

So I finally figured the best build with my El Cabron on my Fuhattan. I put a 22g kanthal at 0.35 ohms. It vapes great with excellent flavor in single coil. When going to charge the battery I found the green battery I used was not a Sony VTC4 but a normal 20a battery. I had no issues with this battery but will use the Sony. The Sony performs great.

Comparison:

Fuhattan: With the Sony (and the 20 amp battery) it hits great and tastes wonderful. It is very smooth. It is actually my favorite, at this time.

Praxis mod clone: The same Sony battery and same fluid gives a burnt taste. I can only attribute this to a lack of voltage drop. I have not tested this and do not plan on testing but the difference in flavor is remarkable and unpleasant. I had plenty of fluid on the wick.

I actually found this out by accident. I had been using the Fuhattan and was quite happy but wanted to try the Praxis. I figured it would be very similar. I used the Praxis since the button will not fire with it sitting there. The Fuhattan will not fire but the El Cabron with the battery makes for a lot of weight and I don't feel comfortable leaving that sitting on the magnetic switch. It has not been an issue but I do remove the battery if I am not using it. I do not follow these steps with other RDAs I have because they are no where near the weight of the El Cabron.

Conclusion: The Praxis Mod clone I bought has no where near the voltage of my Fuhattan. Again, this is not an issue for me. I would just use another dual coil set up with a different RDA for the Praxis.

Thanks

I got mine from there and like it. I have not had any issues with it. I just finished vaping a 0.6 single 24g with it on a plume veil clone. Works great. It does take some getting used to but not a big deal.

I do watch how far the 510 protrudes for the RDA I will use. It will need to protrude. I also don't screw the connector on the rda and then the rda on the mod. I screw the rda on the mod with the connector on there after the battery is installed.

One reviewer spoke about the connector getting stuck on the rda. He tightens the ring on the rda then the ring with the rda on the mod. I don't have his issue the way I do it. He is also reviewed an authentic but I think the same thing would happen if I did his way. I always test the unit after it is all together. I have had to make adjustments depending on the rda but again not a big deal.

Thanks!
I have a Manhattan and another KSS on the way.

The KSS is a sweet little mod, I was bummed when I lost my other one.
Wotofo/ A-Mod make a very good clone of it.
Its one of the few that I want to own the Authentic of, also the Phenom by Vicious Ant.

I don't want to spend upwards of $200 for a device. Where did you get the kss from?
