NEbox totally screwed

Hey guys, I recently purchased a Kanger NEbox at a local vape shop in town. It worked great for about 3 days until early this morning.

The batteries were fully charged, but for some reason every time I try to fire the device the battery blinks 10 times, like the battery is dead.

I tried two different batteries (both work in other mod) and two different coils.

Normally with this device if the tank cover is removed (along with the coils) it reads at 9.99 ohms. For some reason it doesn't do that and will try to fire when the coil is removed and makes a squeking sound.

This is so frustrating I have no idea how to fix this and I have already spent 100 for 3 days of vaping any help would be really appreciated

Moving to the Regulated sub in hopes you'll get some more answers...

I've got nothing really to tell you, my Nebox is pretty new to me - but if you paid $100 (not quite twice the going rate online, but close), the shop that took your money should be happy to help you troubleshoot and/or offer an exchange...

Sounds like it needs to be replaced - so sorry! I'd take it back and get them to exchange it.

have heard of a lot of problems with the Nebox from different people. Your B&M shop should really be willing to sort you out. (would hope so anyhow) .
