I think it's called a Point Blank Grip mod by Cresent Moon

Though I would prefer the MCV Ballistic either way, there is a less expensive Point Blank model featuring more extensive use of plastic.

That would be the Silver Wolf Customs Exodus which is also a fully mechanical grip mod.

I wanted a Point Blank but CMI hasn't filled even half of the preorders they've had almost a year going and they keep putting out newer versions trying to hook more people....I was going to grab a Point Blank Lite but due to there track history I decided against it...Its too bad, its one sexy mod I would love to own!
I would love to fill the void of all the other Trigger Mods I dont own...most of them were stopped being made when I decided to buy them up I still need the Point Blank, Magnum and I think thats it....so far these are the Trigger Mods I own:
Exodus by SWC
Lucifer by El Diablo
Sniper by PUC
