You shouldn't need to change the build the achieve either of these things. I recently replied to another post and I think it may help so I'll copy and paste a bit of my reply here for you...
As far as the heat of vapour at higher watts - basically, the hotter your coils go, the hotter the vapour is going to be. Wider airflow will cool the vapour down a lot. This will result in more vapour and less flavour. Less airflow will give you less vapour, but it will be hotter with more intense flavour.
Essentially its all about adjusting to your liking. When I first started vaping I found I could find the sweet spot for me on most of my new gear very quickly - this is still the case, in fact.
Basically, for more flavour, close the airflow off more. As above, this will result in a hotter vape but it will be more flavourful. For clouds, open it up all the way... the vapour will be cooler and the flavour won't be as intense though.
As you have a regulated mod that goes to 150watts, the wattage you vape at is also going to make a massive difference! Generally speaking, the higher watts you vape at, the bigger the clouds are gonna be and the more flavourful the vape.
I'm assuming that this is your first go at this kind of set up so I'd start at 20 - 25 watts.. take a few hits and then knock it up to 30, then 35, 40 etc etc. I'd be surprised if you needed to go anywhere near 150watts - I usually vape at around 30 - 45 and anything above 60watts is just too hot for me, not a nice experience at all!
Different builds can make a difference to your experience but ultimately, its more about power (watts/voltage) and airflow. I find that there are huge differences between RDA's too. For example, for flavour I'd go to a derringer, hobo or magma; for clouds I'd maybe go for a CLT or a Mutation X.
I know I'm yapping on now, sorry. So basically experiment with different watts, airflow and atty's. Changing the build might make a slight difference (more so on a mech rather than regulated) but it wont make anywhere near as bigger change as power or airflow. Just go for a nice solid dual coil job and get it wicked right. Check out RIP TRIPPERS on youtube, he has a good tutorial for centre builds... get that nailed and crank up the power and airflow!
Hope that helps! Enjoy!
