I just built my first I would think decent build and it is rated at .23 ohms was wondering if this would be safe to put on my iTaste MVP 3.0 Pro 60 watt. I couldn't find anyone online that said it was or wasn't. Just want to know before I throw it on.

It should be fine on that mod. It's regulated so it will let you know if you made an oopsie. Happy vaping!

Welcome to VU! I have an itaste mvp 3.0 pro 60w and it can handle it. Just be prepared for short battery life due to the watts you'll be running. What topper do you have that build in?

Yep. It should glow from the center out. Then wick it (properly), and juice it.

Might be a dumb question but is there a video you link me to or forum for proper wicking I think I got the jist of it but want to make sure I have organic japanese cotton

You're good then. Cut about a 1/4 inch strip, roll, insert into coil, snug but not tight, then cut the tails where they will just touch the bottom of the drip well, fluff tails, finally use a tiny screwdriver to insert the cotton under the coils. Ensure the cotton is not touching the bottom of the coils as this kills vapor and flavor production.

Mind you, there are many other methods of wicking. This one is mine and works well.

Looks good, but the big question is how does it vape for you?
It's definitely different than the iSub G Tank that comes with iTaste. Not sure if I taste that much, maybe it needs to break in I taste something and it smells awesome but cant really taste much idk

The cotton and kanthal take 15 minutes of good vaping to break in. Just vape it, juice the Shit out of it, and break it in.

Awesome! It is starting to taste better thanks so much lol I was stuck for a few days with this thing haha, I do constantly recheck the cotton ensure if I need to redrip so it doesnt burn or dry hit but whats a general amount of draws you think before i should check so I dont have to take off the top every hit or so lol

Eh...5 or 6 hits. Give or take. I can chain vape mine for an hour without redripping lol.

I rewick every few days whether it needs it or not. Cotton is cheap. Coils? I just clean em when I rewick. Clean em by dry firing them until they glow, let off the fire button and immediately run them under cold water. Repeat this a couple of times and coil will look new again. Then rewick.

One more question how long until I will have to re wick and/or rebuild a new coil or how can I tell when its close to time
I actually try new builds so often that I don't get a chance to burn out a coil lol.

Also I almost forgot; freakshow rdas are know to leak quite a bit and itaste mvp 3.0 pro s absolutely do not tolerate juice in them. Keep it dry my friend.

You could max that box out on your current build. If you wanna go lower you're gonna need a bigger box bud lol!

a great box for regulated vaping is the smok x cube 2 ive had mine for about 2 to 3 weeks now and i got the box itself very cheap from one of my local stores i got it for 75 which is friggin insanely cheap got 4 batteries for no down time which ran me about 40 to 50 extra and a dual port charger which ran me about 30 the box is 160watts it has temp wattage and a memory mode which i havent messed around too much with the box is sturdy good build quality cant run super sub-ohm like .0x it will keep asking if its a new coil which makes it super safe you can control the throat hit to not kill your friends throat when they want to try it you can download an app for it and program it how you like from there via blutooth which is nice the port is for upgrading it only which i havent had need to update it yet its mostly for different coil metals like titanium what have you but all in all its a bad ass box
