Need new floating pin.

Hey all,
Just thought I would throw this out & see what I come up with. I bought a wooden box mod awhile back, and it has served me well, I really like the wood grain on it, & the way it has performed. It's an unregulated mech box. Now I find that I need a new floating contact pin where I screw my rda into. It came with an adjustable, but that has finally worn out on me.

My question is, can this be repaired & if so, who could do it? Not really electrically inclined, so I'm willing to compensate someone to do this, unless you think it would be cheaper to just buy a new mod. Thanks for any advice....

Daniel.....

I might have an answer, but I would need to see a picture of the 510 connector your mod has to know if it would work.

Ok, here it is. Hope you can see it alright, and that it is an adjustable pin.

Pretty sure fatdaddyvapes.com has what you need. Their connectors look to be the same thing, but with a spring loaded pin.

fat daddy vapes has a good selection of replacement 510 connectors, but based on the position of your 510,i am guessin it has wires so some soldering will be required
Yes, there are wires on the inside, & that is where I am not skilled enough to try and do the repair myself.

A picture of the top inside, where all of the wiring is done. Nothing below but batteries.

A fdv 510 would definately work and it's spring loaded pin would be an improvement. Not sure why they didn't use one to begin with.
