Hi all fellow vapers,
I am looking for a very good peanut butter flavoring. I have tried a few recipes to make my own but most have failed miserably. I see there are a few different PB flavors out there (TFA, CAP etc). Can any of you tell me your favs and why or why you dont like them. I am looking for the Jif flavoring if at all possible. There are so many things you can do with PB if you just have the right flavoring to start with. I appreciate any input you fellow mixers can provide. Thanks in advance.

What recipes did you try? I just made head in clouds chocolate peanut butter milkshake but not his homevape. I try to be DAAP free.

Hi @BumbaCLot, I have tried HIC homevape peanut butter and also the PB chocolate milkshake. I can vape them both and they are good, but I am looking for something a little different than those. I didnt get the BAMMMMM peanut butter that I was looking for.

Thanks a bunch. I will check them out. In meantime, I will continue to search for the flavor I need to add to my DIY arsenal.

Flavor West's PB is pretty good. It comes out pretty well in my mixes, IMHO. I didn't really like TFA's.

Thanks for the tip. I did read somewhere where FW is a good one. Can you describe what you taste with it ?

It's a pretty sweet one, but the creaminess and peanut flavor that couple with it make it okay. I mix mine with TFA Double Chocolate Clear at about 5% each and after a little steep they come out with neither flavor on top of the other.

Vaped all the peanut butters my favorite is still TFA at 6% then after steeping I add another 2-3% I tried capellas peanut butter and it tastes like burnt popcorn. Smells wonderful in the bottle though lol

What kind of recipe are you using it in? I have been experimenting with different "milk n honey" clones and a grandmaster clone. Graham cracker (signature) and peanut butter (signature) with a dash of Carmel and a bit of capellas vanilla custard ends up super peanut butter creamy! Like I said before after a week of steep time I usually add another 1-2% of peanut butter to really get the peanut butter to stand out or it ends up a little muted with the other flavors

I've haven't made one yet other than trying to make a good DIY out of other flavors. I figured the next step would be just find a flavor I want without making it

I mix TFA and Caps. Caps has more of a roasted peanut thing, and TFA has more of the peanut buttery ness. More like Reese's style. The combination of them works well for me. More TFA and less Caps. Like 75%/25%.

I like TFA and Caps also. STR8VAPIN had a pretty popular PB cups recipe back in the day that had the TFA- Caps mix in it. I bet if you googled STR8VAPIN PB cups you would find it.

Hope you find what you are after and update this thread with your results. Were you the one that posted on ECF about looking for a peanut butter / honey flavor?

I recently got a batch of PBC in from Nicoticket and mixed it with a smidge of Ahlusion Tiramisu and it blew my socks off so I ordered in some TPA/TFA peanut butter, some more sweet cream and some TPA tiramisu to see if I can recreate that myself. This will be a first for me as I usually mix up fruits and such.

I received my signature (TFA ) PB and not so impressed. Mixed at 6% tastes like AP to me in a bad way. Gonna try caps next and possibly mix them together

Been playing around with some PB mixes this week.
Problem I'm finding is the lack of salt. Tried adding some FW salted caramel, but still not salty enough. Anyone know of any other salty concentrates, or as silly as this question may be, anyone have any info on making your own salt concentrate? Can't find any info on safety regarding inhalation of salt etc. Logic would tell me it shouldn't be worse than a lot of other stuff on the market, but what the heck would I know, could be ten times worse o_O

I hear saline gives a saltiness to a mix. Never tried it. Here is some info.. http://e-liquid-recipes.com/master-mixers-tips-and-tricks /URL]
