Need some help over here

Guys & Gals,
I have been making juice for the last few months. They turn out ok. I have been having a problem with the juice being muted over time. Is it because i use Cotton CAndy? and should i use TFA sweetner? and if so how much would you recommend i use%? Also all my mixes are around 20%. How can i make my juices pop more, meaning the flavors come out better and sweeter. thank you

Welcome to VU!

cotton candy = Ethyl Maltol
TFA sweetener = sucralose + Ethyl Maltol

Ethyl Maltol (EM) is known to mute flavors .. switch to sucralose only and/or use flavors that are sweeter .. meringue/marshmallow etc..

More Flavoring can also have a negative or opposite effect .. (yeah it's weird) - 20% can be ok but is on the high side .. also getting more 'pop' can depend on the flavor 'pairings' you use .. depends based on what your using etc. Best would be to check out some popular recipes for %'s and ratios.. when you see the same pairings or percents used over and over .. that is a good starting point.

It's VG/PG not PG/VG

I would say no more then 1% (maybe 1.5%) EM total, and I'm saying total because a lot of flavors also contain EM.

When I say EM I'm referring to 10% EM diluted in PG, so for EM in it's pure form it means no more then 0.1%

Don't like to use Cotton Candy/EM myself either.
Sweeteners can be overused real easily also.
I'd start with using 1-3 drops in 15ml to begin with.
You may need to use more flavoring to get the taste though.

I'm also having an issue with flavor being mute or flavor is good but not sweet enough and the vape is....well I would describe it as dry. Like I get dry mouth. I do 70/30 mix.

New vapers usually get dry mouth at first, as least I did anyway.
Drinking more water may help.
Don't know what brand flavors you're using but sometimes certain FA flavors are dry-ish.
You can try a 50/50 ratio to help with flavor.
I'd keep your total flavoring used around 15% or less tho.
But some brands, and some flavors, that would be way too much.
