Need some help with a trade.

I have a guy at a local B&M that wants to trade his authentic 18650 Copper by Scottua for my ipv3. I know the trade would come out in my favor. I have an ipv4 on order and should be in the mail this week. Should I make the trade?

Its totally up to you.

If the mod is indeed authentic, yes you would be money ahead.

But you would be giving up the better mod IMHO.

The Scottua is a mech hybrid by the looks of it and falls into the Advanced user class.

As in you better know how to build and test coils.

The IPV has a lot of great features and some of them protect you.

The Scottua not so much.

Me, I would stick with the IPV3

Like I said, completely up to you.

I have some mechanical mods but they are all clones. I agree the IPV3 is a better device. Just something about The Copper is sexy. The guy has the original box/tube thing it comes in. I think it would be one of those "last mech mod I would ever want" kind of thing. I have all the equipment for building safe coils so no worry there. But, anyways, thanks UncleRJ for the input.

To me this would be a no-brainer... if it can be verified as an authentic. I would want verification of authenticity since there are cheap clones around of that mod. And since you'll be receiving the IPV4 soon, I doubt you'll get much more use out of the IPV3 anyway. But I like to collect nice things that are originals, so for me... yeah I'd do the trade after verification.

That is what I was thinking. I know the guy after going to the B&M two-three times a week. I love the mod just because of the quality and the purity of the copper. I can always get another IPV3, I cant always get a Copper by Scottua

If it's authentic, I'd jump on it.
