I am trying to figure out a diet to follow with an exercise plan. I want to lose fat while build muscle. So I will need a lot of protein but I am clueless on how to design a good diet. The exercise plan I am a pro at lol. Any help or suggestions on weightlifting diets to follow would be extremely helpful!

Hello Skullzz, I really don't have a diet plan, but while surfing the Internet I came across this site which provides a nutritional food guide which have more than 100 healthy recipes. You can refer such kind of nutritional guide for designing a healthy diet plan.
