Negative dent on 28650

I found a dent on my 28650 battery today. It is still working and charging fine and to be honest I have no idea how long it has been there. Is the battery trash?

Won't hurt anything..but could... and is normalish. When using a screw to secure the battery. Too tight.

When in doubt, throw it out.

I also get that in my mech when the switch is out of adjustment...and I press too hard.
