Well, there's no doubt that the moderators here assume that we're adults and can conduct ourselves as such -- somebody has to be a REALLY MAJOR ASSWIPE for the mods here to get punitive with them. But even with the routine ordinary give and take of adult humans, I'd say that most here are pretty damn civilized. That /ignore feature is wonderful too.

That's probably a mercy. I see him on Twitter sometimes, and have never yet seen anything he has said to have any socially redeeming value. The guy who uses the username "Rolygate" on ECF, however, turns out to be a VERY nice guy, since I've encountered him at Quora -- many enlightening posts there, and it was his site, http://www.ecigarette-politics.com , that first began my education in how the Tobakko Kontrol Kartel has carried out their deception/propaganda campaign against smoking and smokers and nicotine, over the last 30+ yrs. Greedy, unethical bastards.

For some reason I've never known, they use "moved on" to signify "banhammered". One might think they're actually ashamed of banning useful, intelligent members... but they're much too stupid to be ashamed of anything.
But that actually surprises me about Roly; he WAS some kind of moderator there, so apparently not even the moderators there are immune to the fucking fascist idiocy.

Hmm... there was one mod there, a female, that I'd heard had died, of some kind of cancer. Can't remember her name, but I think it was colon cancer. I didn't much care for her, but it really and truly sucks to quit smoking and then be taken out by cancer anyway, and not even lung cancer! But hey, non-smokers die of lung cancer, so I guess it really doesn't matter that much what you do or don't do; until medicine can think of something more effective than just cutting stuff off or blasting with radiation or poisoning a person and hoping it kills the cancer before it kills the person, cancer will go on.

Because he never offers any help or advice only reprimands people and gives warnings or bans. If he does offer advice it is usually incorrect or not helpful at all. He is such an ass he thinks his way of vaping is the way everyone should vape.
What to do with assholes like that? There’s no right or wrong way to vape. It’s what you like that counts. They really are fascists, it’s crazy! But we’ve got it going on at VU, so they can kindly piss off!
