With DC's line-wide "Rebirth" relaunch fast approaching, we caught up with Joshua Williamson, new writer of The Flash, to hear what he's got planned for the Scarlet Speedster with artists Carmine Di Giandomenico and Neil Googe.

Before the Flash series proper kicks off, there will be two comics to look out for. First is DC Universe: Rebirth #1 (out May 25), which will set the stage for the relaunch by killing off a character, bringing someone back, and revealing the DCU's greatest secret, and then there's The Flash: Rebirth #1 (out June 8), which will pick up on what happened in that book and give readers a taste of what's to come for the main series (which starts June 22).
