A new upcoming Blade series will feature an all-new female hero.
The announcement was made this weekend during the Women of Marvel panel at San Diego Comic-Con. Created by Tim Seeley and Logan Faerber, Newsarama reports the comic will include the traditional vampire hunter Blade and his daughter named Fallon Grey.The book will launch later this year in October.
Additionally, Marvel announced yesterday that a Darth Vader crossover series will see the stranded Sith Lord fighting the Rebels, and Chewbacca is getting is own solo comic series. More news from SDCC discussed how the All-New, All-Different Avengers will also introduce new series and characters into the Marvel Universe later this year.
