Hello all.

I recently picked up a new set up and thought I'd share my impressions. It's a IPV D2 and a Kanger Subtank plus black Ni200 edition.

The IPV D2 - I absolutely love it. The size is great, the menu is easy to use and the power output of 75watts is more than plenty for me. I've used the temp control feature a few times and while it isn't really my thing, it seems to work great. As most IPV products, the paint job is crap but they include a very nice silicone sleeve that gives it that vapor shark feel I love. The battery door slides on using ball bearings and is very secure. Only problem is, you need to remove it every time you change the battery but since the battery life is pretty decent, it's not the worse thing in the world.

Kanger Plus Black Ni200 - This thing is great. It has a 7ml capacity but pretty wide and not that tall so it looks great on the IPV. The Nichrome coils work great and I'm hoping they last as long as I'm hearing.

Over all this is my favorite set up and is my go to, go every where device and tank. Here are some quick picks I snapped, sorry for the quality. My man cave lighting is a work in progress...

Very nice! I've been hearing good things about these. The can of decaf made me cringe, though.

Haha, I'm not a coffee drinker myself. They are old cans that came from my wife's grandma's house. My vape room also doubles as a ammo reloading room so the coffee cans are for separating shells.

Nope, LOL! Lots of guys here DIY that, too! I see posts about this peppered all over the place here. Vapers have so much "stuff" in common, It's a beautiful thing.

Sweet setups man and I'm a gun guy too. Better to have one and not need it than need it and not have it.

Congrats! I love my D2 as well. Ni200 is nickel though, not nichrome :p i have yet to use the temp control mode on either of my tc devices, perhaps i'll mess with some tc coils for my subtank also. Probably about time haha

Never. I was a Marine Corps primary marksmanship instructor and range safety officer and my humble opinion is good for you sir.

Congrats on the new gear.
Thanks for the compliment and your service, sir!

I've been messing with the temp control on mine for the last few days and it's really growing on me. Using the nickel coil of course.
