umm that sammich might kill me

so i got my free sample today....2 weeks after i put the liter in the freezer......Im so coordinated.

Sorry @teresap Im keeping the liter

I can not reallytell a difference between chemnic and VT....I use pure VG base from both and they taste the same. MAYBE...and I say maybe, cuz ive had a nasty cold for 3 weeks and my throat is off a bit...but MAYBE the Chemnic has a touch of TH I do not get from VT Nic. But since I find VT Throat Hit NIc has TOO MUCH TH for me. ANd I only use Premium VT NIC. SO if there is a touch of TH form the CHEM NIC its not an issue for me.

SO All you VT nic fans. Get ChemNic for a third of the price of VT you'll be happy

I wanted to try a liter of this but I can't get the coupon code to work. Been trying for 2 days now and all I get is

Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached its usage limit!

:(

As already mentioned please make sure you have created an account and are logged in. We don't allow guest checkout for purposes of being able to record transactions in case there is ever an issue. If you continue to have problems please let me know. Thanks

Geez louise! So, it wouldn't work for 2 days, then the code worked. Great. But since it's almost June and I don't want to be ordering in the dead of summer, I held off ordering so I could see just how many amber glass bottles I had with the cone caps. Okay, I have enough so I log in again and change my order to a gallon, enter the coupon code and ..... invalid again!

So I come back here, see that Haze was having the same issue and @ChemNic said it's working again. Okay, back over the the site, have to log in *again* because it apparently logs you out after about 3 friggin' minutes and, now it worked. :bliss:

I have now officially order my Gallon of Nic (I hope!) and all I gotta say is, this better be some really good stuff @ChemNic - cuz that was a long time and a lotta work to place an order :wait:

:p

Hahaha... I'm really sorry guys. I'm not sure why this happened to only a few people. We've received over 150 orders since Friday and this only happened to less than a handful. I'm not making excuses it just makes it hard to diagnose when it doesn't happen to everyone. It doesn't help that I know very little about this kinda thing..

ok serious suggestion

we all PM you are logins for YOUR website
you set up coupon codes or discounts depending on your software
that only works ONE TIME for us in our account to give us a crazy discount like 35% or 50% off our next order

Made my first New Nic order Friday to take advantage of the free shipping. I must say, it was one of the largest single orders I've ever made in 2.75 years of diy! Have not tried the nic yet...hint!

Ok so, I don't have the readily ability to provide coupons for individual customers. So, that's out. I do like the idea of getting some of my one-shots out there. What do you guys think about this. Each of you shoot me an email containing the following information:

VU username
Previous ChemNic Order #
Desired flavor.

Upon receipt I will send you a free 30ml of one of my flavorings.

LMK...

Thanks

Not so fast @Mattp169. I'm about to add several new flavors including our infamous Chocolate Glazed Doughnut.. ;-) Also, I will need to catch up on some of the current orders for nicotine first. I'm sorry. We're a mid-sized organization and I need to catch up from the holiday weekend... Plus, I'm in the process of moving two of my vape shops.. Yeah, imagine the stress..

Thanks for understanding.

Couldn't agree more.

$18 shipping on a $37 purchase took me right outta this game.
Too rich for my blood... :(
I should've edited my post. There are multiple shipping methods and I was looking at just 1. I think I paid $8 to ship to NJ

Yeah, mine came up as $15 for the cheapest shipping option for a 1 liter. Twice as much as I used to pay w/Heartland - though I usually don't pay shipping as I typically hit the 'free shipping' minimum that most shops have :)

I have a suggestion instead of 30ml flavoring if you send 5ml x 5 or 10ml x 3 of different flavors (whatever convenient for you) so that a lot of us can try, and we might like (as like we love your nic). What do you think.

It must be that priority 2 day shipping ... even just one state over ( a 4 hour drive ) it was slightly more than 8$ so going across country in that same timeframe is bound to cost more. Perhaps offering a 3 day option would reduce the price?

Mine was the same! And I did order a liter :-(

Within a 10 day period a month ago I bought 1 liter of nic. from 2 different places.

Shipping charge:
$11.15 ChemNic
$12.00 VT

Both shipped to a residential address near Chicagostan.

Sounds to me like there's a glitch for some folks

So, I'm trying to figure this thing out. One thing I know is that whether the 2 day or 3 day option is available depends on your zip code. In other words, we're in SC, if you are X number of states away the 2 day option is available. If you are Y number of states away the 3 day option is available. I considered offering Flat Rate. The problem with that is the dimensions of the packaging options are insufficient to accommodate our needs. Having said all of this, we took these things in consideration when pricing our nicotine. Specifically, we lowered the price of the product to help offset the cost of shipping. To be perfectly honest, we could sell our nic for a much higher price as we believe it will compete with even the highest priced nicotine. I'm sure this answer will not appease everyone. But, it is what it is. I say that with all due respect to everyone. We pay more than you would imagine for the nicotine. I can get cheaper nic and offer it at a fraction of the current cost but, you won't be happy. In conclusion, I have no control over the shipping cost.

No problem - I accepted that the shipping cost is what it is. My only concern is that it's going to be 90+ degrees here ,which isn't going to do my nic shipment much good!

According to my perusal of this inc.com article...

"Offering free shipping is a necessity, not a perk, for retail sites"
http://www.inc.com/peter-roesler/why-free-shipping-is-a-must.html

...raising your price might be something to consider.

Or, for instance... "$69.95 per liter with Free Shipping"
Just my 2 cents....

I don't see the difference but if everyone keeps crying about shipping costs he has no control over he may have to.
Every vender shipping through USPS is going to pay the same to ship no matter what they "show for prices" on their page.... Fed-X, UPS they may get a volume discounts I'm not sure but you would have to be doing a hell of a lot of volume.
I paid way less for this liter from Chem with shipping than I could have got from another vendor with their free shipping Memorial Day sale.... Just sayin;)

Think you did well here.. price is decent - when ordering shipping cost is a factor .. flat rates def can work against sales .. ie a smaller purchase is cost prohibitive due to shipping -- Your prices are good, shipping is fair.. at least as far as I have purchased .. Thank you, will purchase again !

My shipping to Tennessee was something like $8.40, no complaints.

And, lest we forget, it's the postal system that determines shipping rates based on product weight, shipping method, and distance to travel, NOT our vendors.

my shipping was like 6 or 8 bucks to MD so no complaints here

I would suggest adding in first class parcel post shipping which adds a day or 3 depending on distance but is often much cheaper then priority

I think with summertime temps hitting hard now to much truck time wouldn't be a good thing....

this is true
but the customer can decide
and gives customers more choice
add a note somewhere reminding people to take temps into consideration when choosing shipping method
My free sample came 1st class and was fine
my liter came priority and was fine actually took 1 day longer for 1st class
