So excited! Just placed my second order for flavors based on recommendations and recipes from this forum. Getting an ASS load (to me!) of Flavour Arts flavors from E-Liquid Mart, and picked up a few things from Bull City Vapors. Can not WAIT to mix 'em up and vape 'em! :D:D:D

Really glad to have found you guys!

Yep with FA a % or three can drastically alter he outcome with some flavors.. they are a bit more forgiving than others.

I know I sound like such a noob (cause I am) but I am really excited to try FA. I got my first order from Wizard Labs, picking up a few Capella and TFA flavors. Some worked (vanilla bean gelato , Apple pie v2) but mixing has not gone so well. Glad to have found a repository with so many taste-tested recipes.

I know that many are mixed for drippers. I've got a Nautilus mini on an iStick. Should I leave percentages as is in the recipes, or start lower (or higher) because I'm not burning as hot as they are?

I have been mixing for mom about 8-10% flavors for her protank.
Strong but not cloying and gagging. Smooth enough to drip if need be without having that over the top punch.

Follow HIC's first then worry about adjusting to suite your taste.
Mom just likes super strong coffee, Have mixed for her at 5-8% that has been enjoyed. This current batch is 10%.
I just have to limit myself in the pg department, and HIC is to thank for that suggestion.

I have been looking for a really good, strong coffee as well. My son is also mixing with me and is looking to get into RBAs. Sounds like this will be perfect

Ha ha! I did not! I got the FA Espresso. Tried to order exactly what was in the recipes. You guys have been doing this for a while. I defer to your experience!

However, if I feel frisky, I will remember to stay away from that one

LOL it is the crab juice of coffee flavors.

FA espresso is my go to coffee flavor. Clear and good.

I have read that you can make your own coffee extracts, bit the reviews I read about FA Espresso are so good and the price is so reasonable, that why?

That and it is spot on.
I have a favorite coffee I drink, tried extracting and tastes like grounds not how it is in the cup.
The oils do not carry over, not that I want to vape those oils either.

I feel the same way about those oils. Trying to be as careful with my lungs as possible. God knows they've taken enough abuse!

Finally got our FA order yesterday! Mixed up a beautiful batch of HIC's Coffee Break which I have been vaping since yesterday with much joy. Completely delicious! Also mixed an Orange Cream which I am excited to try. I wish I had time to do all the mixing and trying I want to do. Having been a compounding pharmacy tech, this is really feeding that part of my soul that loves chemistry :) I do appreciate this forum for taking a lot of the guesswork out of it!

If I could start my whole DIY learning curve over, I'd have started with FA, bought lots of flavors (variety and accumulating flavor experience), and followed expert advice in general. Having a few bottles of something you wouldn't mind as ADV mixed for the week ahead is security as well. happy mixing.

Thanks! We ordered a pretty small amount to start. Mostly TFA and Capella. Then I started reading reviews and figured FA was the way to go. Having ridiculous amounts of fun!
