some doctor figured out a way to make lil willy into a thicker willy ,,he would inject novacaine into your ass,let it dissolve and then suck it back out.then he would inject it into lil willy and it would solidify ,blood vessels would form and you would literally have a fat willy
geraldo had the doc and one of his patients on the show , a rather small framed skinny guy ,,with the biggest dam sock stuff in his pants ,,the audience had a hay day with him
