New to DIY. Need some suggestions for affordable vendors.

Earlier I started a thread asking for affordable ejuice stores in the US. Everyone recommended DIY instead.

So far, ecigexpress is looking pretty good, and there's free shipping over 60 bucks. But I'm not sure if my first order will add up to that much.

I just want some suggestions for affordable DIY suppliers, including shipping. I'm going to get a liter of PG, liter of VG, some flavors, and about 60ml of 100mg nic. Thanks

When ordering from ecigexpress, apply the cupon code UNDERGROUND10 for a 10% discount (doesn't expire!).

I'm not aware of any vendors with quality products, that wouldn't charge for shipping, unless you spent enough money to reach their amount for free shipping. For PG, VG and Nicotine base, you might get charged a bit more, due to their weight.

Yes, I added a liter of PG, liter of VG, and some nicotine to my cart just to see what shipping would cost and it added about 15 dollars. I guess I would have to meet the 60$ minimum if I went on ecigexpress. Just wondering what other sites you guys know of that may save more money.

For flavoring, vg, pg you might try bull city they don't carry nic anymore though

Wizard Labs, they have both flavoring and nicotine. I always get my nicotine from Vaperstek directly and flavors from Mama J's (3ml sample sizes are $1.50), Bull City Vapor. ECX doesn't sell flavors any smaller than 10ml, which is a lot if you end up not liking it.

I'm gonna move this on over to DIY general discussion...

...but not before adding a second vote for ECX as a good, reliable supplier, and throwing Bull City Vapor out there as another option. These two are pretty much my go-to choices for flavor. Mama J's is great for small samplers of Flavour Art, which is the preferred flavoring of lots of VU locals, myself included - you can test drive tons of flavors cheap before committing to a big concentrate order, and their free shipping bar is pretty low if I recall correctly.

I like Nude Nicotine for nic base, and you can get a 15 ml sample (that, when cut, can go a long way) for $2 shipped. I've also switched to them for PG/VG base, but only because I can pick up and save on shipping, which is expensive everywhere due to weight - they're also the only place I know of doing VG-based flavors, appealing to the PG-sensitive. Before that I was a big fan of Essential Depot, and others like Bulk Apothecary for a cheap option too. Vaperstek is also a great nic option, aside from Nude they're the only two I'd really recommend for your nicotine. Cue the obligatory NN hate post that follows every time I mention them and VT in the same breath...

Personally, I find the pg at my local Tractor Supply very good and clean. USP and around $23 for a gallon. And my freezer is full of Walmart and grocery store vg, $3-$4 for 177ml. Those two items are the majority of shipping weight if ordered from a vendor.

Used to buy VG from my local Health Food store to save on shipping costs.
