New to vaping, need some advice on ohms etc

hey all, sorry to bother you guys but im a current roll up smoker, but the worst part is i have an illness and i feel quiting smoking would help me alot. Nicotine is kinda kryptonite for me but as im addicted to it i need it! i cant go cold turkey etc. So iv bought the innokin cool fire iv plus with a 6 mg nic e liquid but its making me super dizzy, even with a low wattage. I'm not to worried about how much vapour i get etc but i mainly wanted the big mod thing for the battery so i dont have to keep messing around. Can i buy a different tank with higher ohms then 0.5 so i dont get such a big hit of nicotine? i want that feeling of smoke in my lungs but not to the point it makes me feel like crap What should i doooo?

so a higher ohm will stop me getting such a big nicotine hit?

It will definitely "cool it off." If you're still experiencing dizziness after that, you may want to consider lowering your nic level.
