Developer Disruptor Beam is bringing a story-driven multiplayer strategy game to mobile, based on The Walking Dead.
Titled The Walking Dead: March to War, it's due for release as a free-to-play game on the App Store and Google Play in 2017. Disruptor Beam has previously worked on bringing Star Trek and Game of Thrones games to mobile devices.
March to War takes place in and around Washington D.C., where survivors will be fighting walkers and trying to rebuild. Players will take on the role of a leader of a group of survivors, and you'll be assembling a council of well-known characters from the universe like Rick and Michonne.
Who you form alliances with will shape the story, and also determine whether you succeed or fail.
