Newbie help!

Hi all,

New to vaping. I have a Sigalei 213 and a cloud beast tank. Can anyone tell me what kind of settings I should be using? I currently am just using the wattage...it's set at 75. I've been watching some videos online and I see people using the temperature settings. The store I bought it from was of no help and kept siting FDA regulations.

Welcome to VU! Also, welcome to post 8/8 vape shopping courtesy the wonderful FDA.
I don't have the mod or tank you're using, but from the looks of it, the coils for the TFV8 are recommended from 40 watts up to 180 watts depending on which coil you're using. Most seem to say running around 100 watts is the norm for these tanks. I always suggest starting at the lower end of the recommended wattage, and slowly move up in wattage until it either gets too warm for you, or starts to taste off, and then back it down just a bit (your sweet spot). As for TC, I've heard that the TC functionality of this mod is not very good, and most stick with power mode. I'm sure others will surely chime in with their suggestions, and as always, YMMV.

Below are two links about the Sigelei 213 depending on what one you have.
First, I suggest AGAINST using it in temp mode.
Second, if you are using the stock coils that came in the box;
The .15 V8-T8 is rated for 50-260 I ran it on a Koopor Primus at 110 watts.
The .15 V8-Q4 is rated for 50-180 I ran it on a Smok H-Priv at 95 watts.
Any other time I have used that tank I used it on a HohmWrecker G2 in temp mode.
HOWEVER that mode not only does temp mode really well, it does temp control for kanthal wire.
(the same wire that your stock coils are)
Other than that, if you have since purchased new coils are they are Ni200 or SS, you can run them in temp mode but I still don't recommend it on the mod that you have.
I base my answer on the below videos;
