Has anyone ordered 15ml and the bottles aren't filled all the way? They said it was 18ml bottles though so....

I've seen that problem many time before and it baffles me. To make a bottle of juice the biggest expense is the labor, then the rent on a place to make it ,then the shipping cost, then the cost of the bottle, then advertising and the cheapest part is the liquid. Why would companies risk a unhappy customer by not just adding a few pennies worth of liquid and fill the bottle all the way to the top?Has anyone ordered 15ml and the bottles aren't filled all the way? They said it was 18ml bottles though so....

I'm happy with the juice, I just wish the bottle was filled.

The bottles I've gotten from these people have been full,
I was just talking about seeing so many people that post about the amount of juice they are getting. I think they should either make sure the bottles are the right size or advertise that they are selling whatever the bottles hold or just fill them to the top and make sure the customer is happy.
The story I have always heard about a "bakers dozen" being 13, is a story about if a baker made a shortage on weight of a dozen of what he was making , they cut off a finger or gave him a big fine, so they always gave 13 to make sure to make the minimum weight.
When I was in business I sold my time. I always gave the customer a little extra when I added up their bill. Needless to say I always had happy customers and repeat customers.
I have new bottles that were suppose to be 5ml that hold 7.5ml and 10ml bottles that really hold 12.5ml and bottles that were suppose to be 20ml that take 23ml to fill up.
