Newark’s mayor was arrested during a protest with three Democratic members of Congress at an ICE detention facility. They say they were conducting oversight at the facility, but DHS says they illegally broke into the detention center in a ‘bizarre political stunt.’ NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
