NJ VAPERS -- Your ability to stay smoke-free is under attack. We need you to come to Trenton in MASSIVE numbers so that your elected officials understand that flavored vapor products help adult smokers quit and dramatically improve their health.
On Monday, May 16th, the NJ Senate Health Committee will hold a hearing on S 298, a bill by Senator Joseph Vitale (D) that would BAN the sale of all "electronic smoking devices" in flavors other than menthol and tobacco.
We will be rallying at the State House from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. Bring your signs! We will be going inside for the hearing at 1 PM (because the room will fill up, you can stay outside, continue to rally, and listen to the hearing on your phones).
It is especially important that we turn out older ex-smokers who have been helped by flavored vaping products. Our opponents will have a hard time claiming flavors are marketed to children when they are facing off with 10-20 vapers over the age of 65 holding their bottles of strawberry e-liquid.
