Oh yes it is! It's sort of my thing, obsession, whatever.
Have always loved custards and seem to be having some success with them lately
And not having to pay $20 a bottle is nice too! DIY baby! Oh yeah
Tested fresh with a hot bath on a dripper
Here goes!
8% Cap Vanilla Custard V1
1% TFA Brown sugar
1% TFA Toasted almond
2% TFA Sweet Cream
1% FW Dulce de leche
TFA toasted almond and brown sugar are strong, I wouldn't go much higher here.
