I have been using my nautilus mini for a week now and it was 1.8ohm at first. Since yesterday it turned to 1.9 ohm. What does that mean? Do i need to change my atomizer? Or is something wrong?!
Just keep an eye on it. If it starts jumping around you probably have a poor connection somewhere. The Ohms can rise slightly as the coil gets dirtier.
Like the others have said, slight rise shouldn't be a problem as long as it's still performing okay. Once vapor production slows or liquid starts tasting burnt (depending on your liquid and use, could be anywhere from a half dozen to several dozen tankfuls), it's time to rebuild or replace the coil.

I don't know the technical words or stuff to explain it but the gist of it is as you use a coil it oxidises, over time the resistance can go up a bit from use as the coil degrades and oxidizes....that's why even after a few cleanings on coils that can be (I wouldn't recommend attempting it with a nautilus BVC coil, i would either completely rebuild or replace,) cleaned there is no saving the coil...it's been heated and cooled and oxidized to the point that the flavor just sucks and there's no point in punishing your tastebuds....I am not sure of this, I am guessing here so if I am wrong please tell me because I would like to know myself....but as a part of this process as your coil degrades I think the resistance increases as it's less efficient from this process...kind of the coils way of telling you "I'm done" ....although I don't know if it's caused by oxidation or just intagraty degradation from use over time or both.
It's not a real big deal, but it will change from time to time. The energy flowing through it will cause the coil to expand and contract during usage and will some day maybe Crack or break while under strain. Same as a light bulb it breaks and doesn't work anymore
