Ohmega Box Mod

They are on sale cheap now, like 10 bucks. I thought about snagging a couple in preparation for the vapocalypse. Does anyone have one and know if it has a full mechanical switch? I've googled my ass off and nothing. I'm not talking about the BMF or whatever version with the mosfets.

I'm not stranger to mechs. I vaped Nemesis tubes for a few years and still have 8 of them but I never purchased a box. I've got a couple on the way that have mosfets but I want a parallel, full mechanical box with a full mechanical switch.

I have one. The parallel version serial number 009. I quit working after a week and a half and didn't drop it or anything. If you out batteries in it the box is cool. But once I hit the fire button, it doesn't cut off. I had it in the door of my car and it was just smoking. So it could be mine but it wasn't worth the $30 I paid.

Damn. I'm getting one in a trade and now I'm afraid to use it. Maybe it needed a spring replacement?

Too bad that info came a bit too late for me to LOL. I'll get over the ten bucks. I'm fairly handy though. Perhaps I can get it to work properly.

I don't know why but I just had a feeling that switch was wonky. I'll know soon enough. I could find nothing on the mod anywhere.

Did you clean it and check the switch?
When I first got min it wouldn't fire, opened up the switch and had to adjust it. You just need to extend it out a bit, it's not making contact.

Granted I haven't used mine much at all since my other parallels I like much better. I picked this up for my FDA Vape Apocalypse stash and did vape on in for a few days with no issues then packed it away.

If it's not firing 90% it's due to you need to extend the contact pin a bit, other than that insure it's clean. Mech's are very basic, if it's not firing something isn't making contact. If the button sticks 99.99% it's dirty, clean it.

Button stuck on my Anubis when I first got it for I was too anxious and used it before I cleaned it.

Thanks bro. I'll double check that on my box. I cleaned it all up but did check to see if the switch stuck out enough.
