Old Flavors?

just wondering how long flavors last. I have always stored mine in a shoe box in a cool place. I have well over 200 different flavors ranging from 8 months to maybe a year and a half old. Some not even opened.

Below is a generalization using extracts which usually have 35% alcohol base. I use the sniff/smell option. :)
Extract Shelf Life

Pantry

Extracts Indefinitely
Handling Tips:
Keep tightly closed; volatile oils escape.
Extracts will generally last (maintain quality) indefinitely until they evaporate. But, if you doubt that, sniff and, if you wish, taste. If the scent and taste are good, they will do their job in your recipe. If there's no aroma, discard.

Ok sounds good. Kind of got burnt out on diy and not much time so I was just buying juice, but I am ready to get back into it

where do you guys recommend getting about 50 30ml plastic bottles and about 20 50 ml ones? Unicorn or regular. Can't remember where I ordered them last.

I just keep using it until it tastes bad. PG based flavorings last a long time.

"last"... How?

To be the same as just manufactured?

To just add more flavor to get similar results?

Or?

Some flavor bottles contain expiration "best by" date printed on them. Some flavors age better than others.
