Well, given that no one is talking anymore, I guess I'll just put my old butt in bed.
G'nite y'all...

The past two days I have been mowing the shit outta this place and I finished the last of it today, just before massive nasty thunderstorms moved in, with rain, hail, and high winds that broke off a mess of tree limbs (I got the flag down just before it would have snapped the flagpole). I guess my "to do" list for tomorrow now includes picking up about a zillion limbs and moving them to the brush pile in the wood prep area. Sigh...

Ah, yes... In Norse mythology, Ragnarök (meaning Fate of the Gods) is a series of future events, including a great battle, foretold to ultimately result in the death of a number of major figures (including the gods Odin, Thor, Týr, Freyr, Heimdallr, and Loki), the occurrence of various natural disasters, and the subsequent submersion of the world in water. Afterward, the world will resurface anew and fertile, the surviving and returning gods will meet, and the world will be repopulated by two human survivors. Kinda like Armageddon and a new Adam and Eve.

Hey, how about a funny version of "Norse"? There were these two British Kaniggits (knights) in a pub in Londinium, well soused, and they kept talking about the pending invasion of those North Men (vikings from Sweden and Norway), but the more they drank, the less they could pronounce, so they kept calling them Norsemen, and the other patrons proceeded to gossip about said invasion and thus was born a new mythology. :D Oh well...

I think a lot of mythology and such has been born from ingesting drugs of various types.
Well that and a thirst for power and control over others.

WTF is up with all this Gender Reveal stuff - what's wrong with just telling everyone the sex of your child, does it really require a party?
This is the first gender reveal party in the family. The mother won't even tell her boyfriend (my nephew). He won't find out until the party. SMH!

Found it necessary to contact zapwraps and jwraps, since neither has the skins I want for the mods I want some for. Hey, had to have something to do when it was 106° outside, cause I sure wasn't going to risk heat stroke.
