I'm following most of the same principals in hoping to avert having it -several types run in my family and I spent over 50 years trying to get cancer (knowingly or not) and am now hoping to never getting it by taking genuine care of myself
Once I move, I hope to never step into another grocery or traditional drug store for the rest of my (long) life
I hope you never get it either Lucy and if you keep taking care of yourself there's a very good chance that you will never get it. They are saying now that it's not genetic like they used to think and most people do give it to themselves by their lifestyle and diet.

To me the genetic link is more along the lines of being more susceptible when exposed to certain so-called foods (modern wheats, GMOs, refined sugars, etc) or chemicals.
I am now convinced my grandmother's crippling RA (which I've had for 15 years) was caused by grains (especially white multi-purposed flour) and refined sugar - it makes me cry to think about her suffering, now that I have traveled that road myself
And the secret is buried/hinted at numerous times in those Path to Health newsletters. I could not come right out and say it without the government coming down on me, but a doctor friend wrote a book (out of print now) that told the truth and he was forced to remove several chapters before it could be printed again. The original, if you can even find a copy (I have one) is worth about $300. The sad part is that all doctors, pharmacologists, oncologists, cancer researchers, etc., are deliberately on the wrong path (you do know this already) and the answer is so simple and so easy to do that no one -- even a lot of people who have cancer but put all their trust in those with white lab coats -- refuse to believe it. Even some of my close friends and family refused to believe it and have died because they refused to give up some of their favorite foods, which were killing them.
Wish I had that book, if there is more knowledge in it I don't already have.

You are absolutely right that refined white flour , with all their added glutins cause nothing but inflammation, you are definitely on the right path Lucy

The Germ that Causes Cancer by Doug A. Kaufmann and Beverly Thornhill Hunt, PhD copyright 2002. Newer copyrights are missing some chapters. It is the first book in a series known as The Fungus Link Series. All the follow-on books are full of very good information too. Dr. David Holland had a hand in this series too, and he knows more than most cancer experts about this subject. I trust him with my life.
Yes much better than when they were poisoning me, been off their poison for almost 2 years now. When "they were treating me it was still growing and they said all they could do is slow it down. Since I have been treating myself I have stopped all growth and shrank some of the tumors by 30 %. I am very happy with that. They even told me it was highly unlikely that I would see this day.

This looks like the original, unedited book (The Germ that Causes Cancer), and it's only just over $20! Last I went looking for it for a friend, they were running over $300 per copy. The new revised version is basically a pamphlet, but the whole, original book is a wealth of information. Whoever wants one should jump on this:

I seen my Liver doctor about a week ago. I had talked to the medical assistant about my auto immune diet/WOE that I started this year. Well the medical assistant skewed my words. She told the doctor I thought it would cure my auto immune disease. LOL got to love these folks and the quackery behind the treatment. She agreed to take me off the prednisone (I have been off for 5 months already). She insisted that I continue the imuran for another year. Her statement was my disease would dissolve itself in the 3 years of treatment. Of course, another biopsy next June. IDK I'm waiting a few more weeks to get my LFT (liver function test).
I will probably donate all my prednisone to a free clinic. I am going to take myself off the imuran soon. It has caused a major personality change with me. I ended up quitting my job. I had to much pressure being the only nurse for a entire building of people. Of course, they had a med tech trying to work under my license which is illegal since I'm only a LPN. I ended up having panic attacks and the Cna's were lazy/non responsive to residents needs.

I checked out the link Lannie supplied and the book's cover is the same as the one sitting next to my computer. Lannie said she checked the copyright date and it is 2002. Then I said that site claimed to only have two copies left and Lannie said it is also available through Amazon. I find this amazing, given that the second iteration we saw a few years ago looked more like a fat pamphlet than a book, but that one looks just like our copy. BUT... $20 through the first site and $177 through Amazon? What gives with that? Is Amazon only selling used copies of the original? And Amazon says copyright is 2001 when my book says 2002. And I cannot get the Amazon site to show me what the book looks like.

Beautiful clear sky, warm, light breeze... I tried to do some weed whacking in the cow corral, but my back can no longer support the weight of the gas weed whacker - the pain was just too much for me. So I said "the hell with it - if i get cow shit all over the mower, that's better than this pain" and switched gears. I got the cow corral and the cow pen mowed.

That's the site that has a picture that matches the book I have, with the same copyright date and the same page count. I would guess that is is the original. --- IF they have any copies left.
