I decided that to leave the house for the purpose of shooting a few hundred politicians was "essential" to the survival of my country.
So true, we both knew that.I decided that to leave the house for the purpose of shooting a few hundred politicians was "essential" to the survival of my country/
I guess then it is a quick hello and goodbye all in one mouthful. Wonder if this post will go viral?Gotta hit the rack

We hit 84 degrees today. Then NWS issued a severe weather advisory for nasty thunderstorms. They didn't happen (yet). You getting rain this evening?....I don't even trust doppler any longer.
84?....damn, that's warmer than it was all last summer...........We hit 84 degrees today. Then NWS issued a severe weather advisory for nasty thunderstorms. They didn't happen (yet).
I always take way too long to get acclimated,I must be getting accustomed to it early this year.
That's why I always had my sights set on that area.I'm heading near Prescott Saturday Elevation at about 4800 ft....so it should be pretty decent all year long.
You too, amigo. Catch ya later.Have a great Friday...!
Besides working all day it was great, I must be acclimating to high temps quickly.......Yes it is a good afternoon. I hope ya'all are having a great day.
I have a brother that lives 8n Prescott.
Nice small town.I have a brother that lives 8n Prescott.
You've probably seen him. He drives a big bright orange jeep with blue graphics.Nice small town.
I tried to buy a kilo a few days ago, they didn't have any in stock.....but yeah, that is quite the price hike.Hey Dale! Slightly off subject, but you still using Mystic Island? Their price just went from $69 to $100 per kg. Ouch! Do you suppose that is flu-caused?
Nevermind, just looked, his prices about doubled.
OK, never mind...his prices about doubled.
No idea why the prices jumped so much....but Mystic has them all beat and we know it's quality.Lannie seems content with Mystic's product, so I am reluctant to change vendors, but if you say they are good, I'll check them out.
OK, never mind...
I was going to go back to Beaufort, but you say they went up too?
WHY?
Who knows....you'll get the invoice in the morning and he'll ship it tomorrow.I just ordered a kilo of green maengda from Mystic. They have not responded yet and they are blaming that on the COVID problems (and limiting purchases to a max of one kilo). I wonder if the FDA has something to do with this... or higher import taxes? Or SE Asia is not exporting as much to us for political reasons.
Or Monday. Tomorrow is the weekend.you'll get the invoice in the morning and he'll ship it tomorrow
I ordered 4 - 250s. He's not even suggesting a 1 kilo bag exists.I had to buy 4 125-ers, that was the largest quality he had a few days ago.
I believe he's open on Saturday. He took the kilo option off the list....maybe he is having a hard time getting it here with all the nonsense going on.Or Monday. Tomorrow is the weekend.
I ordered 4 - 250s. He's not even suggesting a 1 kilo bag exists.
Combination of all this crap, but one of the hard things is that it is nearly impossible to fire a bad employee, some of whom have even been caught stealing your packages. While technically, USPS is not a government agency, they have government oversight, so they get treated "as if."it seem like the have bad systems in place or is it just incompetence?
Then let's start by firing the supervisors.Contrary to popular belief it's not hard to fire a government employee..... That is the supervisor's fault and he's putting others at risk because of it.
You would have to fire the base General and work your way down. Then let's start by firing the supervisors.
Absolutely I would want you in my chain of command. Before I started my latest career 30 years ago I've manage a couple different businesses. When I was assistant manager for Winston Tires I had to fire my roommate and good friend. It was a lesson me. I felt bad for the guy but he had some bad behaviors and I tried to work with him. He was also young and didn't want to listen. Too bad because he really was a good guy guy overall. On the other hand I had a guy that worked for me that nobody else would give a chance. He was one of the best employees I ever had. I agree with you. If you follow the rules and do your job there shouldn't be a problem. The generation nowadays acts like if they grace you with their presence sometime during the week or the day if you're lucky that's good enough. They also think that $100K is a fair starting wageI've always been one of those who was willing to behead the CEO to make sure everyone downline understood the rules of employment. Seriously, I have been a manager at several levels and have always started with a group meeting to explain the rules and let those who reported to me become aware that breaking said rules results in their immediate termination. Ass kissing is not permitted and covering for another employee's misdeeds will get both of you fired. You do your job or you don't have that job. Simple.
I also have had my own manager chew my ass a few times for being hard on my employees (they complained). I said I was not hard on them at all. Here are the lists of their duties, which they agreed to when they took the job. Nowhere does it say they get to visit porn sites on company time, or play video games, or write to forums (like this one) when they are supposed to be working. Now, boss, do you want them to work or do you want them to play? You tell me what the rules are and I will comply and they will comply. But... BUT... if you want to allow them to play, you cannot hold me responsible for their failure to meet schedules and produce quality products. Which means you have no intention of making this company be profitable and respected. And if that is the case, you don't want me working here. I was raised to have a strong work ethic and I won't tolerate today's generation of fuck-offs.
Would you want me somewhere in your chain of command?
Yeah, I have heard that kinda BS too. My first job started at 75 cents per hour. Years later, when I finally got up to $12,000 a year, I was sure I would never ever need another raise. My how times have changed (inflation helped). Sigh...They also think that $100K is a fair starting wage
No, I'm going to look around some more. I was at 4300 ft....perhaps another 1000 will do the trick? So is Prescott out for you now?
