Fuck all that shit that creates work, time for a LONG vacation....go see more shit in this world.
While I'd like that, because I have driven through 30 of our states and would love to show Lannie some of those sights, I think her mind is made up to stay on the farm and squeeze white stuff out of her cows.

I sure hope you get some relief from the shitty weather soon. Bad weather can really fuck with our emotional state.
Got that shit right, Don. In case you didn't see them, go back one page and see all the pictures I posted.

Could you imagine doing that in 5-10 yrs...?

Although it might be nice now, it may be tough in a very short amount of time.

I think I may be finally getting over this cold, but us usual it's devolved to bronchitis. May have to go to DR. for antibiotics.

It blows my mind how fast time flies....before you know it, we'll be either too old to do anything, or be dead....but I guess their both the same.

Imagine doing which part in 5-10 years? Lannie knows several women in their 80s who are still milking, but I do not know if they are also the ones forking the shit. But, could we do the road trips either? I mean, I only have to drive this truck a couple hundred miles in a day to end up with leg cramps, and I used to drive my Trans Am 600 miles in a day and not even be uncomfortable... but that was then and this is now... Is it time for the old folk's home in Florida? Frankly, I'd rather be dead than to be stuck in a "day room" with a bunch of people who think playing canasta is the height of excitement.

Safety Communication: Xeljanz, Xeljanz XR (tofacitinib) Safety Trial Finds Increased Risk of Blood Clots in the Lungs and Death with Higher Dose in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

ISSUE: FDA is alerting the public that a safety clinical trial found an increased risk of blood clots in the lungs and death when a 10 mg twice daily dose of tofacitinib (Xeljanz, Xeljanz XR) was used in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). FDA has not approved this 10 mg twice daily dose for RA; this dose is only approved in the dosing regimen for patients with ulcerative colitis.

And yet this is on the Xeljanz XR box:
Rheumatoid Arthritis: XELJANZ/XELJANZ XR (tofacitinib) is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to methotrexate. It may be used as monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate or other nonbiologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs).

Landslides, mudslides, and rednecks all over the place.
Were the rednecks floating down the flood waters? :)

finally stopped raining for a couple of days.
Well, we had a forecast for 1-3" of snow today. We got about 8" and with the wind, ignore all those pictures I recently posted of the pathways I made with the bobcat; they are all filled in again. Given that the HIGH temperature for today was -3 ºF and it is now -10 ºF, I seriously doubt I'll be getting bob started again soon (forecast for the next week as low as -19 ºF).

I buy quite a lot from Amazon. I figure I pay for my membership in gas savings.
they are not always the cheapest though, still pays to shop around even if on line.

Out here in nowhereland, Amazon Prime is a must - saves tons of time and aggravation

Plus, it's how I watch TV

Didn't make it to the post office today....the buyer of today's property (a friend of mine) said it's just a small building, 2500 sf....but he didn't mention there were 8 individual businesses in the building, SO....it took twice as long as it normally would. Plus the place was built in the 40's, but in pretty decent shape nonetheless.
