Omg taxes suck in pa

As far as the tax thing......You bet your bottom dollar when there's that much money involved the state IS going to go after and make an example of someone. Won't be us. Hey they can even read these forums and find out from posts which people or vendors aren't complying. Here in New York for example ciggs are around $13.00 a pack. Of course people are buying them elsewhere. But guess what? In the past couple weeks they have busted at least three people going to other states and buying them and selling them here. DON"T STEAL THE GOVERNMENT DON"T LIKE COMPETITION LMAO !!!

Well golly I read back a few post and lookie what someone in PA posted :
I had a buddy get his stuff put on hold at the post office until he paid the pa taxes on it. It's getting rough here. The state is looking for vaping packages and making sure we pay our taxes ever since oct 1st
Oh no there just going to let you take their money lol !

Breazy, you have been nothing but forthright in trying to help with the issues here, and IMO have always bent over backwards trying to help get out the best customer service , even with things that you have little control over, I have known you since you became a vendor here on VU and always been a stand up honest guy. Just thought I'd post in here my 2 cents as both a staff member and also a customer when things didn't go so good on an order, you fixed it the best you could. Kudo's to you.

Thanks it makes me Happy when a customer is Happy ! I've been getting frustrated lately because of a few hiccups that I feel shouldn't be happening. Don't worry Arnie is getting sick of my whining LMAO !

I'm not spinning anything. What I don't think you understand is that the tax NEEDS to be paid. Otherwise there are fines imposed.

Right, lived on the border for many years, good luck with enforcing it. Personally any way I can get around paying the extortion of the Puppets in government I will and I'm certainly not in the minority.

Actually when I lived on the WA and OR boarder they literally had WA State revenue agents hanging out in the shopping malls taking the license plate # in the parking lot and radio them to the State Patrol. Then when someone drove across the bridge they would get pulled over and given a ticket for not paying the tax. That went on for a bit until there was such a backlash they stopped. Also technically in WA it's a class C felony to buy tobacco out of State and bring it back.

So bottom line is people need to get creative along with slamming and voting out of office in Stool Sample that supports shit like this.

GET INVOLVED people, especially at your Local and State level.
