Ordering nicotine

I just made a diy list to be able to make some e juice.

Wanted to ask about nicotine
Im preparing to make 70vg-30pg mix
I dont mind 50 50 but the 70 30 just does the trick for me
So do i get my nicotine in pg or vg based?
As far as steeping i understood that keeping it for about 4 to 5 days in a dark cool place and shake it?

I mix 30/70 pg/vg and use 100 mg pg based nic as it is easier to work with. Most of the recipes I use are under 10% total flavors, so using pg based nic doesn't create problems reaching the 30/70 ratio.

For steeping/aging juice, it depends on the flavors being used. Most fruits are shake and vape or maybe an over night rest. Custards and some tobacco flavors can use 2 or more weeks at times. If it tastes good vape it...
