Original Minikin 200W TC Mod - BLACK/WHITE

Gear Best has it on flash sale and I was wondering if anyone has one or has any opinions if it is fake or even if it is, if it is any good for the price -51.02 USD

So I go to the ASMODUS website and see this

I have one. The story I was told was that AsMODus was having them built in China and the folks at that factory made extras that are in every way identical to the Minikin except that it was made by Wehe (who made the AsMODus as well). And sold a bunch of them for way less. AsMODus was pissed and pulled the contact but not before Wehe sold a buttload. Great mod. Works very well.

Asmodus and Sigelei used to be joined at the hip. When the original Minikin was in development, they were close. They've since parted ways, but Sigelei, under the WeHe brand, continued making Minikins using Sigelei chips.

Thanks for your input, everything I see says the WEHE is packaged as a WEHE and is 150 watts? this one is 200 watts and Gear Best at least is claiming it is an ASMODUS:

Since you have one, you mind telling me what you think of the mod and if it does temp control in SS well or no?

My only complaint about that mod, and the reason I stopped using it, was size. Too long, it just felt uncomfortable to me.

I know nothing about temp control. I use it only occasionally and mine is the 150w not the 200 although I assume the 200 has it as well. The few times I tried it out it worked perfectly and was easy to navigate. It was also easy to get out of which for me is a big bonus. on that mod.

1. I've always wanted the V2. When you hold it in your hand, you'll love it. They are available for under $80 from a US shipper.
2. If you don't want to spend $80 I'd get the 1.5boost. About the same price as this one and it comes from a US shipper.

If you run tc, be warned there are complaints about tc not working well on the v2. Do your homework and ask around.
