Help, please! I've only had my OSub 80w baby for just under three months and there's something wrong with the battery door. It's like it's not connecting with the batteries properly and showing me a low battery warning half the time when my batteries are freshly charged (bought new batteries thinking my other ones were just worn out, but it's doing the same with them). My warranty is almost up and Smok's authenticating QR code thing doesn't work and I can't get through to them. Does anyone have any solutions to the problem (tightening the screws on the door works for about 3 hours) or has anyone actually been able to get in touch with them about their warranties?

same thing is happening with mine in less than 50 days my battery charger won't work and it's literally impossible to get in touch with company. How did you get yours fixed.Mine will not charge or hold a charge if it does take. The entire time it has seemed like charger wouldn't stay in proper spot and now today just completely dead not very happy with SMOK

I can push on the battery door to make the connection and it will work but it drains my battery really fast. I know it's just not closing tightly and that's the problem but you would think it could be fixed.

Here's how to fix it! I used one of those tiny ass screwdrivers for mine and didn't push it out nearly as much for it to work.

Do you have to keep doing this fix?

I did it once. Worked very well... after taking out the batter to charge it.. its gone back to shutting off when the screen goes off
