Just saw a posting earlier on Vaping Deals & Steals on FB about this. There is a clone of the carbon fiber Paragon mod available for pre-order. There are a limited number available for pre-order so if you are interested I suggest you jump on it now. As of late this afternoon there were 22 available. Minus the one ordered. :D

Here is the link

Mine shipped yesterday and should be here soon! Be wary of some, I've seen a few others, including the Fasttech one and they are NOT carbon fiber, just a vinyl wrap (which is cool, I did that with a copper neme and it rocks) but not the same as a Paragon.

Got my shipping notice too. And I did read the reviews on the FT one. Gotta say I'm a little worried but still holding onto hope. One stating it is just a wrap. Another saying there was a problem with it auto-firing.

It has arrived. Pretty nice. Recessed magnetic switch. Floating 510 pin. I have seen some issues with the Fasttech version. This one does not have those issues. This one has an insulator on the switch, has a vent hole and appears to be real carbon fiber. At least I can say for sure it isn't a vinyl wrap. Only thing I have noticed is some discoloration on the inside of the top cap after firing just a few times.

Nice pics, I got mine today as well, and am very pleased. Did yours have any threading issues on the 510? Mine had some serious issues with most attys only screwing in about half way. Took it all apart and really cleaned the threads with a brush. Finally managed to get my Stillare mostly mounted but it will not screw down flush. Only maybe 1/2mm gap, but a gap none the less. Other than that issue, I love it.

I just got mine but my atty doesn't sit flush. Looks great with Vulcan since it has heat sink fins which hides the gap. I wish there was a floating 510.

The 510 pin was floating on mine. But I have heard there are versions out there that are not. If it is you may have to really work it the first time to loosen it up. I took off the top cap and screwed on an atty that would not fit flush. I "forced the issue" a little and it worked itself loose. After that I was able to adjust it per whatever atty I was using.

Are you experiencing any dry hits? I may need to take the switch apart and investigate later. But it chucks vapor with my .2ohm build.

I made 2 tweaks. I did the "force" fix to make my atty flush and I cut the switch spring in half for more sensitivity. Lovin it!
