There are 2 bean shaped juice fill holes measuring 16.8mm X 3.75mm
On the bottom there is a large O-ring that seals to the glass.
On the top there is a large and a small O-ring for sealing to top cap and chimney @ drip tip.
On this piece the chimney ID is a threaded 8.12mm ID.

Spare Glass:

(will hold 2.5 ML and not require the adapter)

Chimney:

Chamber:

There are two juice flow channels measuring 15.mm X 1.3mm that go all the way through.
2 air flow holes measuring 8.8mm X 1.8mm
5 O-rings;
Two of them seal @ top and bottom of AFC,
One seals the base,
One seals the chimney,
One seals the glass.

While looking at it from the top there is a raised dome like covering that is 17.83mm OD and the coils would rest right under this.
While looking at it from the bottom there is a 17mm ID X 12mm deep cavity with a dome-ish shaped top that houses the build deck.

Air Flow Control (AFC) Ring:
5.22mm tall
24.25mm OD
There are two 2mmX 8.5mm air holes.
Engraved and painted is printed "BOREAS V2" on one side and "AUGVAPE" on the other.

Base:
6.02mm tall
24mm OD with heavy knurling,
5.4mm deep
On the bottom is says "Designed by AUGVAPE" and has a serial number.

Build Deck:
Velocity style posts, kind of....
18.86mm tall
16.81mm OD while measuring @ the recessed section, 17.9mm OD @ the regular section.
There are 4 juice flow channels measuring 4.5mm X 2.26mm around the outside of the deck.
There are 4 juice flow channels measuring 4.7mm X 3.3mm on the top side of the deck for your wicking to set in.
The ring that seals to the O-ring in the center of the base is 9mm OD
From the top of the posts to top of the deck is 7.9mm
From the top of the posts to bottom of the juice port is 11.8mm
Distance between post holes is 11mm
Post holes are 2.7mm X 1.9mm
One post is 4.15mm and the other is 8.9mm

Spare Parts Bag includes multiple O-rings, 510 drip tip adapter, and grub screws.

There is also an allen key in the cylinder-shaped container.

Full assembled measures 46.45mm tall.
Excluding drip tip AND 510 it is 35.45mm tall.

Building and wicking:

Coils used:
(3X26/36SS 2.5mm ID 7 wrap from b_d_builders)

I used .5ml to prime the wicks.
Then I managed to fit an additional 5ml into the tank.

Provides good flavor
Easy fill
Easy to use and maintain
Good airflow
Solid build
5ml and 2.5ml versatility
No leaking issues for me at any point including fill ups. (I did NOT have to burp it or do anything special)
I did not experience and airlock or vapor lock troubles.
No single coil option at this time
This thing drinks juice faster than a 75 Cadillac I used to have went through fuel when you stomped the pedal.
While the airflow can be closed down fairly tight and you "could" MTL from it, I don't think many would appreciate it that way.
