This might be a question for a moderator. I recently was sent a new temporary password. I went into my profile to change it. Then, I was asked the first for letters of "Vaping Underground" for verification. If I enter, vapi, which to me are the first four letters, it will not take it - I get an error message.
Can someone please assist?
