Appreciate all the welcomes and thanks for the advice. I may have not been quite specific enough in my original post. I have been vaping since around June, but only in the last 2 months or so gotten more heavy into it. The thing is, I did see a doctor and explained the issue (that I was vaping) and he seemed to think it was muscle tension and unrelated to vaping. He recommended exercising the area but that only made things worse. This was a lot earlier on when the problem was newer (approx. 2 months ago). The problem has been happening ever since, so this isn’t a problem I’ve had for a few weeks. However, I did not come on here like many others I’ve read before to try to get an internet diagnosis. I rather was asking advice on whether anyone else had the problem and if anyone had solutions, such as cutting out VG, or lowering/upping nicotine intake. Another issue is that after using the novo for awhile, I developed an issue where I would constantly feel the need to take deep breaths. I was thinking I had a lung illness but upon taking an oxygen intake test at the doctor my lungs were at 98% functionality (normal). I had an X-ray done as well, nothing wrong with my lungs. This is still an ongoing problem that continued even when I quit vaping for over 3 weeks. Please note that I am not a heavy vaper, when using a juul id go through a pod every 3-5 days, or the novo 1 pod every week. However, I vape for the buzz so when vaping I take several long hits. Then take about a 1-6 hour break before vaping again. Any of these may be a beginners mistake, which I should have mentioned in my undetailed starter. Again, I am not looking for a diagnosis, I’ve always been anxious about health problems and I will likely go to the doctor again. But beforehand, I simply was hoping for an either relatable response or an educational one.
