Personal message automatically assigning links?

Hi,
I’m new to the forum and I sent a PM yesterday that included the words “sound system.” After I sent the message I noticed those two words were highlighted red. I clicked on the words and it was a link to speakers for sale at Wally World?? Then I sent a message asking why did my text auto link to said store (w store) and that word was a link too. Can someone please help me understand why I’m sending links involuntarily? Thanks.

There is a program built into the forum to auto add links on common phrases.

Happened to me yesterday, too. I've seen it before, but hadn't noticed it in a while. I went back and hyphenated the phrase so it wasn't a link any more.

Ok, thanks. I’ve never seen that on a forum before and wanted to make sure it was normal. I also didn’t want my fellow VU members thinking that I push pro-audio equipment for chain stores
